Research Interests: 

I am a PhD student working with Chris Tinney and my research interests are on extrasolar planet detection and characterization. I am carrying out radial velocity follow up measurements of transiting planet candidates from the transit survey HATSouth and determining the spin-orbit alignments of transiting planets through measurements of the Rossiter-McLaughlin effect using the newly commissioned fiber bundle CYCLOPS2 at the Anglo-Australian Telescope. The key aim of my research is to understand the processes involved in planet formation and the mechanisms driving planetary migration and spin-orbit misalignments.
